I am looking for a product that is not in any of your product
catalogs, would you look that product up for me?
This is what we are here for. Usually there are three typical
scenarios:
1)
You know exactly what you are looking for. You provide us with
a picture of the sample. We will then send this to our overseas
office to find the right manufacturer(s) and obtain a price quote
for you. Usually this takes anywhere from 2-3 days to complete.
2)
You want to do some modifications to one of the existing product
in our catalog. Please give us all the details on how you want
the modification to be done. Please keep in mind for this service
there is a minimum quantity required (contact us for more info).
Usually, a price quote will be ready in 2-3 days and this will
depend on the complexity of the modification.
3)
You only have an idea and you want to see what options are available.
This is like building a product from scratch. Ok, we will work
with you to get the thing done. Please be sure to provide us with
as much detail as possible. We need to know what size, quality
and materials on how the product should be made. We can then give
you a price quote in 7-8 days depending on the complexity of the
product.
